Concert Chorale was honored to perform for "A Celebration of Reading," chaired by Mrs. Barbara Bush. In attendance (in addition to 1700 audience members), was former President George Herbert Walker Bush.

UMC was honored to sing the national anthem at the Cougar football game on October 22nd, singing alongside country music legend Larry Gatlin! Click "READ MORE" for a video of the performance!

The UH choral area, along with AMC Music, hosted some 300 high school students in September; during the final mass sing, Conrad Hamilton of Atascocita High School was invited to conduct the huge choir.

On October 2nd, male high school students from the greater Houston area formed a mass choir under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Reed of Michigan State University and gave a concert along with the U of H Men’s Chorus.

The choral area of the Moores School offers several ensembles to fit students with a variety of musical backgrounds.
